Such lovely friendly people. So reassuring, made me feel totally at ease, were totally professional whilst showing a really caring side. Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely phlebotomist and the two lovely radiographers that made my experience almost pleasant! I don't know how you all keep smiling, but you make all the difference - THANK YOU!
