"Thank you"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I had a removal of a Meibonium cyst on my eye. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. The doctor and 2 nurses were kind and explained everything checking hat I understood what would happen. There was was a delay for my appointment and a nurse apologised to those of us waiting and said roughly how long the doctor was running behind and why and even asked if anyone needed a glass of water. I was very nervous but found everyone very kind. Hospital was clean and pleasant. Thank you x. This was as an outpatient in the eye clinic
