"Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Surgery"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Breast surgery

To be given the worst possible news can never be a nice experience, but how the staff in this department handle the delivery of such news can make a lot of difference. They were all so kind and understanding whilst also making me feel I was in good hands. They were very professional about the facts and information they were giving me, but at the same time they were making me and my daughter cups of tea and handing out tissues and shoulders to cry on! I knew there was nothing I couldn't ask them and they just made me feel like everything was going to be OK again.

Thank you for leaving feedback and for sharing your experience at this very difficult time.

Your kind words will mean a great deal to the staff involved and they will be very encouraged by them.

With all best wishes and kind regards
