Our first conversation is with Professor Louise Locock of Aberdeen University, on the findings of her study on Anonymity, veracity and power in online patient feedback.
In this chat we discussed questions such as:
- Why does anonymity in feedback seem essential for patients yet problematic for staff?
- Do staff become more accepting of anonymous online feedback over time?
- How often does anonymity limit the impact feedback can have for learning and change? How can we address this?
