Last Thursday we had a brilliant day running an event for NHS staff in the South West. Towards the end of the day we asked people to make a promise to themselves on a postcard that we will post back to them.
The quote above was one of these promises and we found it so inspiring we wanted to share it with everyone. What a great thought to start the week, hope you like it as much as we do.
