Our Amnes-Tea Party

by EmmaL 7. June 2011 16:34

Lovely little Megan, who donated to our Amnes-Tea fundraising and brightened our day with her massive smile!

Yesterday in the office, we celebrated 50 years of Amnesty International with an Amnes-Tea Party. We invited everyone in the nearby offices to join us for a cuppa and the delicious treats that we had baked. It was lovely to get to know our neighbours over a slice of cake and everyone had a great time. Miriam’s Pineapple & Coconut Cake was particularly popular – we think she should make it more often!

Thanks to everyone's kind donations we managed to raise £53 for Amnesty International. We've uploaded all the photos to our Flikr photostream, click here to see them all.

I think we're starting to get a bit of a reputation for ourselves as cake-obsessed, and it's 100% deserved!
