About: University Hospital Lewisham / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Emergency visit following mini stroke. Professional and caring staff who were kind and very thorough in examination and investigation despite obvious pressures. Excellent service.

One thing that could be improved is the calling system which was hard to hear.

I'm very sorry you had a problem with the calling system. It’s usually quite clear in UCC so I’m not sure if it was user error or there was an issue with the tannoy, we will monitor the situation.
