Thank you for your efficient help with the broken bone in my hand. All the staff were very helpful and patient with my deafness. I was surprised how swiftly I was dealt with considering how busy the A&E department appeared.

I am sorry to hear that you needed to attend the Emergency Department with a hand injury, but delighted to hear that you received such patient, professional and compassionate care from all of our staff. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide
