As you wait you're asked to give staff respect and dignity but i was treat with none of these by a particular gp who invalidated, judged and criticised me for my appointment about my son then proceeded to turn things around and blame me for leaving the appointment without having the physical when the physical was not needed as Accident and Emergency staff had done a physical the night before. I explained there was no need for physical and he had already made up his mind about me.
Luckily receptionists and healthcare staff were very kind to me as unfortunately i suffer with mental health issues and the gp attained to exacerbate the issue and not listen to mine (and other gps) concerns.
In this day and age gps need to be trained in how to communicate with empathy.
I wouldn't recommend this surgery if you have young children and/or MH issues.
