(as a service user),

I have worked with a few organisations/programs to aid me on my road to recovery this includes CGL (Pathways) and now Inclusion.

The journey hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would have been, I have been drug and alcohol free for almost 18 months and have never felt better health wise and mentally.

For some people, engaging in/with substance misuse programs maybe daunting at first but I highly recommend doing so and sticking at it.

Not only you benefit from a better version of yourself, everyone else around you does also :)
