"Horrible and bad experience"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Maternity

Such a horrible and bad experience I had in Russells Hall Hospital after my c-section surgery. Thought some staff members seemed untrained and unprofessional. They treated me like I had a normal vaginal delivery. Sent me home without any antibiotics and in 2 days I was again admitted to hospital because of infection. Again, i felt very unresponsible and rude behaviour of staff I met.

Waited for doctor from morning to ask what was happening with me but by 10 at night no doctor came. Had a lot of discharge from wound and pain but no one did anything. Couldn't bring my new born here because with this discharge and pain I'd not haven been  able to look after him alone. I had no idea what was happening with me. Asking for pain killers and getting them after 2 hours because they keep forgetting. Kept asking staff but no one was able to answer any questions. I was feeling very depressed after all this.
