unable to get a medical call been trying for 3 weeks . wed 13th thur 14thfri 15th last week mon tue wed this week anima is not opening for medical but admin box opening have been on at 8am & by 8.03 medical box just changing to next day ,spent 1hr.25mins on phone on thur 14, ,just to be told nothing today try tomorrow or if worried go to russells hall or sandwell centres, when all you ask for is to speak to a doctor, this practice has been getting worse since it joined into yhp , but has become terrible since anima introduced
