Really poor experience by the admin team that botches up simple tasks and needs to be reminded to correct important steps. I am happy to give them the benefit of doubt, but not three of those. Especially when the admin team is to effectively take care of your further care and health improvement.
Further, there would be a telephone appointment when the doctor would not call me and after enquiring via email, I would get no response (as is usually the case with the Practice). Please consider signing up elsewhere if you can.
